A Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Heather Fatigate has more than eight years of surgical nursing and extensive experience in dermatology as well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Advanced Nursing Practice from the University of Miami. She has joined doctors George Dreszer and James Fletcher at Vanguard Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. We strive to recommend the best procedures and products to address client’s areas of concern. Heather spends quality one-on-one time with clients to educate and prepare them for procedures and treatments.

Heather also has experience with body contouring and including Venus Legacy, Ultherapy, Infini Microneedling, Sclerotherapy, Palomar Laser Hair Removal, and other new innovative procedures.
